Pune, 3rd June 2026: Guided by the spirit of “Nagrik Devo Bhava”, the Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune, conducted an Open House at its Baner office on Wednesday to address passport-related grievances and facilitate the timely issuance of passports.

The initiative was aimed at resolving issues faced by passport applicants and improving service delivery. Senior officials of RPO Pune interacted directly with citizens, listened to their concerns, and facilitated the on-the-spot resolution of several pending cases.

During the session, applicants were provided detailed guidance on documentation requirements for passport applications, procedures to be followed in cases involving ongoing court proceedings, address changes, and other passport-related matters.

The Open House served as an effective platform for citizens to engage directly with Passport Office officials, helping reduce delays and enhance transparency in the passport issuance process.

Reiterating its commitment to citizen-centric services, the Regional Passport Office, Pune, stated that it remains focused on ensuring faster, more efficient, and hassle-free processing of passport applications.

The next Open House will be held on July 8, 2026 (Wednesday), from 2 pm to 4 pm at the Regional Passport Office in Baner. Citizens facing passport-related issues are encouraged to attend and seek assistance directly from officials.
