Pune: PMPML Launches Rs 500 Monsoon Tourism Bus to Mulshi Dam, Palse Waterfall; Route, Stops and Booking Details
Pune, 30th July 2026: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd. (PMPML) has launched a new tourism bus service, Route 9A, to offer passengers an affordable monsoon sightseeing experience covering some of the region’s most popular natural attractions. The new service commenced on July 29 following the directions of PMPML Chairman and Managing Director Mahesh Awhad.
PMPML’s tourism bus services have been receiving a positive response from travellers, and with the introduction of Route 9A, the transport utility now operates a total of 13 tourism routes.
Keeping the monsoon season in mind, the newly introduced Route 9A has been designed to take tourists to scenic destinations, including dams and waterfalls. Passengers can enjoy the entire sightseeing tour for the existing ticket price of just ₹500.
The Route 9A itinerary is as follows:
Pune Station – Swargate – Deccan Gymkhana – Mulshi Shivalaya Temple – Jetty Boating – Tata Mulshi Dam – Palse Waterfall – Deccan Gymkhana – Swargate – Pune Station.
