Coronavirus: 6218 New Cases In Maharashtra, 51 Deaths

Mumbai, Feb 23, 2021: A total of 5869 patients were discharged and 6218 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra today. Today, 51 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.45%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 21,12,312 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

According to the health department, 20,05,851patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.45%. As of today, there are 53,409 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 94.96% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.45%. Currently, 2,79,288 people are in home quarantine and 2484 people are in institutional quarantine.

Out of 1,58,60,912 laboratory sample 21,12,312 have been tested positive (13.32) for COVID-19 until today.
