Absence Of Pilot Delays Delhi-Pune Flight, Passengers Forced To Wait For Over Two Hours After Boarding Aircraft

Pune 27th Sept 2023: The passengers travelling in Air India’s Delhi-Pune flight on Monday had to wait for over two hours after boarding the aircraft due to absence of pilots to take off, Over 100 passengers scheduled to travel in the flight remained stranded inside the aircraft on Monday at Delhi Airport.

The flight that was scheduled to take off from Delhi Airport at 7:10 pm departed at around 9pm and landed at the Pune Airport at 11 pm. Many passengers who were scheduled to take their further journey from Pune faced problems while some who had to attend important programs in the city also missed them due to this issue.

According to the flyers, the flight crew kept giving them operational reasons for delay but when the angry passengers confronted them over a long delay, they confirmed that the pilots of the aircraft were not available due to which the take off was delayed.
