Actor Turned Politician Urmila Matondkar Targets Centre Over ED

Pune: July 12, 2021: Actor turned politician Urmila Matondkar has targeted Centre saying that the action taken under Enforcement Directorate by centre raises suspicion. She was in Pune to inaugurate the Shiv Sampark, a campaign by Shiv Sena here on Monday.

The campaign will be implemented in the state from July 12 to 24.

While talking to media she said, “ED has targeted a few politicians, and this has raised questions about their own way of functioning. Praising Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray she said that Shiv Sena is standing firm against the women who face injustice. Shiv Sena women’s wing is the most efficient wing.

‘Sanjay Raut rock star’

Urmila called Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut a rock star while replying to a question regarding BJP leader Chitra Waugh criticizing Raut. Urmila said, “Raut will give a befitting reply to those who criticise him. I do not want to talk against those who are not in the party”.

Love Jihad

There is no place for Love Jihad in Maharashtra. Religion is the identity of a person, but we need to look at the various aspect of it and should not focus only one aspect. Those who are using it for disturbing the social fabric should be ignored.
