‘Adipurush’ earned 210 Crore in a Flash: Will it Surpass Dangal’s Record?

Mumbai, 14th June, 2023: The epic mythological drama, ‘Adipurush’ has become a pre-release sensation, and earned Rs 210 Crore in a jiffy. As of Sunday, the Om Raut directed film, produced by Bhushan Kumar, had sold around 36,000 tickets across PVR, INOX, and Cinepolis.

Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Sunny Singh and Saif Ali Khan starrer film Adipurush is a big budget film. According to media reports, the film is made with a staggering budget of Rs 500 crore. The film’s pre-release success is close to creating a record, as it hits a milestone prior to its 16th June release.

It has been expected that it would cross Rs 100 crores in its first weekend. According to current sources, the film has already recouped 85% of its budget of Rs 500 crores.

Adipurush, directed by visionary Om Raut, has been generating a lot of excitement since its inception. With a star-studded cast that includes Saif Ali Khan as the fearsome villain Ravana and Kriti Sanon as Sita, Adipurush features an ensemble that will captivate audiences across the country!

The brilliant visuals showcase a compelling cinematic story that may surpass the film Dangal’s records. Dangal, which was released in 2016, amassed an astounding Rs 387 crore in its domestic box office run, setting a record that has yet to be surpassed.

As Adipurush is expected to break all prior records in the Bollywood film industry, fans eagerly anticipate its release on June 16th, as a total of 35,000 tickets have already been sold.
