ADP associates participate in ‘Run-4-Earth’, an event organized by Rotary Club of Amanora, Pune
Pune, 9th February 2020: ADP associates today participated in ‘Run-4-Earth’ event at Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar to spread awareness among Puneites for water conservation and environment. ‘Run-4-Earth’ was organized by the Rotary Club of Amanora, which is an international service organization with a purpose to bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian services and encourage high ethical standards in all vocations.
ADP associates participated in 3K, 5K, and 10K Run to support the cause. This run was flagged off in early morning from Amanora Park Town, Hadapsar wherein close to 200 associates of ADP took part and completed the Run successfully showing their support. The fund raised through this run will be contributed towards projects related to water supply, water conservation, and water management in the nearby villages.
Sharing his thoughts on this social initiative, Dr. Vipul Singh, Divisional Vice President and Head of HR, ADP India. said, “It is important that every citizen is aware about various aspects of water including its conservation, management, and pollution that they may encounter in their day to day life. I am very glad that ADP associates from Pune took part in the run and showing their solidarity with the Rotary Club to spread awareness about this environmental issue. we hope that such initiatives will enable people to realize the importance of Water Conservation”.
