Ajit Pawar’s NCP Faction Can’t Claim Party Office In Pune, Know Why
Pune 8th July 2023: After the divide within the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), the two factions led by uncle Sharad Pawar and nephew Ajit Pawar are making claims on party properties including the party offices at various places across the state. However, the NCP leaders of Sharad Pawar faction have made it clear that the party office in Pune belongs to them and nobody can claim it.
Prashant Jagtap, the current city president of NCP said that the agreement for the current property where party office is located was signed in his name and he has been paying rent for it. He claimed that in such a situation nobody can claim the property.
This comes after talks about Ajit Pawar’s faction planning to take the party office in Pune started. The newly elected president of Ajit Pawar faction of NCP Deepak Mankar after knowing the facts about the property agreement has issued a statement that they will get a bigger office for the party in city than the current party office.
