Baramati: Four Domestic Workers at Sharad Pawar’s Bungalow Tests COVID Positive

Pune, August 21, 2020: Four domestic helpers working at the bungalow of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar in Baramati, have tested positive for Coronavirus disease (COVID19).

Meanwhile, efforts have been made to trace how the four helpers contracted the virus, said an official of the Pune district administration. Earlier, 12 persons were found COVID positive at Pawar’s Mumbai residence, Silver Oak. They included security staff and household workers.

Pawar recently also visited the Satara districts’ Karad Tehsil and held a meeting with Cooperative and Marketing minister Balasaheb Patil who has also been tested positive for the virus.
