BEYOND BROKING!
Pune, 21st January 2023: When Tanuj Nagrani, Managing Partner of TSDN Realtors LLP, got into real estate broking in July 2012, even after the real estate market had evolved for more than six decades, there was still resistance in the market from some clients working with realtors.
After doing his IT Engineering and working for a MNC IT Firm for three years he didn’t want to enter the market and be called as a ‘broker’ but the truth is, it was rather more in my mind than in realty.
“All over the years when I look back into memories I can only think of some immense appreciation that has come back to us when we’ve done some great structured transactions for our clients, we’ve hand holded them, given true micro market information that enabled them for the right decision making, helped them save their capital, where we have added true value to the transaction and hence I say Beyond Broking !”
