Mumbai 7th July 2023: Hours after Deputy Chairman of Legislative Assembly Neelam Gorhe joined Shivsena to work with Eknath Shinde and left Uddhav Thackeray’s party, BJP leader Pravin Darekar moved a proposal to withdraw no-confidence motion against her.

The proposal was moved in the Maharashtra Legislative Business Advisory Committee today and it was seconded by another BJP leader Prasad Lad. She was one of the few leaders who remained with Uddhav Thackeray last year when Eknath Shinde formed a seperate group and joined BJP to form government in Maharashtra.
