Pimpri-Chinchwad, 8th April 2021: The sudden lockdown has created difficulty for the business community. Now a crisis is looming over all the traders. During the previous lockdown, a large number of traders got bankrupt. Now, this lockdown is unaffordable to traders and they are in a big financial crisis. The livelihood of the traders and their employees have been affected, stated a letter from Bharatiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) to Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Commissioner.
BJYM state vice president Anup More and city president Sanketbhau Chondhe, under the guidance of MLA Laxman Jagtap and MLA Mahesh Landge, has demanded cancellation of the lockdown.
Rajesh Rajpurohit, BJYM Traders Front city president, met PCMC Commissioner Rajesh Patil and submitted a letter to cancel the lockdown. “The shops should be kept open at least on Odd-Even dates.
