CBSE 2023 Exam Results: Girls Outperform Boys with Impressive Pass Percentage
Pune, 12th May 2023: In a highly anticipated announcement, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially released the results of the class 12 board exams. Today, on the morning of May 12, 2023, students across the nation can finally access their scores. A record-breaking total of 16,96,770 students had registered for these exams, which took place from February 15 to April 5, 2023. The overall pass percentage for the class 12 exams stands at an impressive 87.33%. Among the various regions, Trivandrum has achieved the highest pass percentage, reaching an astounding 99.91%. This remarkable achievement reflects the dedication and hard work of students in the Trivandrum region.
Further analysis reveals that girls have outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 90.68% compared to 84.67% for boys. This significant difference of 6.01% demonstrates the exceptional academic performance of female students nationwide.
