New Delhi, May 2, 2019 : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) today declared the results of CBSE Class 12th board exam. Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora have topped the CBSE Class 12 exams scoring 499 marks each.
The students can check results on websites cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.nic.in
The total pass percentage for the country is 83.4%. The region with the highest pass percentage is Thiruvananthapuram at 98.2%, followed by Chennai at 92.93% and Delhi at 91.87%. The percentage of students who passed in international schools is 95.43%.
Union HRD Minister Prakash Javdekar Tweeted, “Congratulations to 10 lakh students who have succeeded in 12th CBSE board examinations and best of luck for those who couldn’t make this time but will make it in next attempt. Congratulations team #CBSE for conducting hassle-free & glitch-free Class 12th Board examinations and declaring results in record time. Congratulations #KV for 98.54 % success & #JNV for 96.62% success rate even the general result is 83.4 % . Government schools have fared better .
