Chitagunta, Mirdha Advance to Round Two at Endurance – MSLTA AITA U-14 Clay Court Nationals

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, 4th November 2024: Telangana’s Satya Chintagunta edged out Maharashtra’s Pravakshya Srivastava 3-6, 6-3, 6-4, while third seed Vivaan Mirdha of Rajasthan survived a scare from Telangana’s Nikunj Khurana, winning 3-6, 7-5, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Boys’ event at the Endurance-MSLTA AITA Under-14 Clay Court National Tennis Championships.

The tournament is organized by EMMTC under the auspices of the All India Tennis Association (AITA) and the Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA), and is being held at the Endurance-MSLTA Marathwada Tennis Centre at the Divisional Sports Complex, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

Top seed Aaradhya Mhasde from Maharashtra comfortably advanced to the second round by defeating Delhi’s Yash Sharma 6-2, 6-1.

The tournament was inaugurated by G. Sreekanth Sajjan, IAS, Municipal Commissioner of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), with Captain Kavi Kamban, DGM of Endurance Group, along with Sarvanan Paulraj, Tournament Supervisor, Ashutosh Mishra, Centre Head, Pravin Prasad, Head Coach, Pravin Gaisamudre, Abhinav Mishra from Endurance, and Team EMMTC present on the occasion.
