Holds public dialogue and directs for immediate solutions in Jhabua district

Bhopal :Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan held direct dialogue with people during visit to a number of villages in Jhabua district today. He sought information from people pertaining to facilities being given to them.

Shri Chouhan had embarked on visit to Jhabua district’s rural areas from I pm. He talked to people sitting at Khatla Chaupal at village Bhagaur. He held discussions with small groups of tribals. He asked the villagers about receipt of subsidized food grains, timely opening of schools and anganwadis, serving milk there for 3 days a week, MNREGA works, construction of toilets, free distribution of cycles to girl students and pattas under Forest Rights Act. On receiving complaints, he himself conducted investigation, sought report and solve the problems on the spot. He visited villages Semniya, Nawapara, Gopalpura, Khataya, Kallipura and Antarbelia and held direct dialogue with villagers. At Bhagaur and Nawapara, the Chief Minister sanctioned piped water schemes. He announced to open middle school at village Nawapara Naveen and Gopalpura, primary school and PDS shop at village Phalia. On villagers’ demand, the Chief Minister directed to conduct survey for construction of talab at Nawapara Naveen. He announced to open boy hostel and construct village road.

The Chief Minister also visited schools and colleges during visit to rural areas of Jhabua, held discussions and heard problems of students. At Bhagaur, he announced introduction of agriculture and commerce facilities in girls higher secondary school and construction of new building of girls middle school.
