CMS Falcons B, DFA Mumbai make winning start at the CMS Champions Cup 2023 11-a-side state level football tournament

Pune, May 22, 2023: CMS Falcons B and DFA Mumbai started their campaign on a winning note at the CMS Champions Cup 2023 11-a-side state level football tournament which is being organized by CMS (Chinchwad Malayalee Samajam) and CMS Falcons Football Club and will be played at Madan Lal Dhingra stadium in Nigdi from May 22-27. The event is co-sponsored by Friends Club of Pradhikaran (FCOP) and supported by Raju Misal

DFA Mumbai kicked off proceedings by defeating Millers Football Club 2-0 thanks to a second half double from Shahid Shaikh. CMS Falcons B took the lead against Ghorpuri Young Ones from Daksh early free-kick before Ghorpuri objected to a decision from the referee and decided to forfeit the match by walking off the field.
