Cold Wave To Subside In Three Days In Maharashtra

Pune, 22nd January 2023: For the past few days, the severity of the cold has increased significantly across Maharashtra. However, the weather department has predicted that this pressure will decrease in the next three days. The weather department has also predicted that the temperature in the state will drop by two to three degrees Celsius as the intensity of the wind coming from the north is decreasing.

The meteorological department said the duration of cold is less this year. However, Mumbai, along with Konkan, North Maharashtra, Nashik, Nagar, Pune, Satara, and Aurangabad, experienced severe cold. This cold is likely to subside after three days. The effect of the northern cold was felt in the state. Due to this, the air was dewy.

Currently, Maharashtra is experiencing a cold front from the north due to high pressure and cyclonic winds. In some parts of the state, the temperature is above 30 degrees during the day, but it suddenly gets cold at night. Along with this, due to fog and cold in the morning, health complaints like cold, cough and fever have increased.
