Corporates & Students join hands to clean up Juhu Beach for Swachh Bharat
Volunteers from member companies & institutes of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) joined hands with the Entrepreneurship Cell of IIT Mumbai to show solidarity to Swachh Bharat campaign through a clean- up drive at Juhu Beach. The Cleanliness drive brought together sand artists and design students, who spread awareness through the on-ground cleanliness.
India@75 Foundation an initiative of CII and supported by its member companies; has been endeavoring to create an eco-system for structured volunteering especially leveraging the potential of corporate volunteers to have synergy with other stakeholders enabling impactful delivery in social developmental initiatives. India@75 Foundation has been consistently working towards the holistic development of India by promoting a collaborative and participative approach, with a vision to have an inclusively developed India by 75th year of its Independence in 2022.
Other participating organizations included Anybody Can Help Mumbai, Rustomji Academy for Global Careers, Care Stream, Crown Worldwide Group and MISB Bocconi besides participation from over 500 volunteers.
