CREDAI to have ‘Women Wing’ in 39 Cities of Maharashtra

PUNE- In an important decision taken by CREDAI Maharashtra’s Managing Committee, the CREDAI will have an independent ‘Women Wing’ of lady real estate entrepreneurs in the 39 cities throughout the Maharashtra. It aims at giving women entrepreneurs from real estate sector more power and responsibilities in decision making processes of CREDAI activities and help them to become the best in their chosen field, informed Shantilal Kataria, President CREDAI Pune Metro.Present at the occasion were CREDAI Maharashtra President Prashant Sarode, Mahesh Sadhwani, Khairnar Patil, Rajiv Parikh and Pankaj Kothari.

Darshana Parmar has been unanimously chosen as the Convener for Women Wing for the Maharashtra state.The CREDAI Pune Metro took lead in establishing first Women Wing which is successfully working under her leadership with 40 women members including directors/partners of the Real Estate firms having expertise in various fields like Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Planning and Design, ERP implementation, HR etc

The members of women wing will be provided the opportunity of working in the sub-committees of various committees of the Association.

The women wing is expected to hold important workshops, discussion on trending issues and subjects, visit projects of great architecture, understanding their working style and learn lessons on how to implement it in business. At present Nasik, Aurangabad and Satara have their respective women wings.
