The shocking thing is that even though information about its phishing attack has been received now, but it is being used for the last one year.

Nick Ascoli of the anti-phishing browser extension PIXM has uncovered this attack. His research team found that there are many websites that look like Facebook login pages. A large number of users enter their login details considering it to be the real Facebook. Links to these websites are increasingly being spread on Messenger. 

Hackers are earning a lot

 It has been said in the report that hackers are earning big in this way. Suppose once a user has entered their Facebook details into the fake website, they will be redirected to an advertising page. Hackers can even earn hundreds of dollars a month from a single victim on these fake login pages.

 3. Never log in to Facebook through unknown websites.
