Developmental funds for Khadki cantonment should be released fast- MLA Siddharth Shirole
Pune, January 9, 2020 : The funds sanctioned by the state government to carry out developmental works in the cantonment boards should be released fast, insisted MLA Siddharth Shirole while speaking in the winter session of the state assembly. Shirole pointed out that the Khadki cantonment board has already presented a proposal for various developmental works which has gone through scrutiny and now is pending with the Chief Minister.
The state government has sanctioned Rs. 5 Cr. to carry out developmental works in seven cantonment boards in the state. The annual funds sanctioned under the Urban Development ministry will be helpful for the three important cantonment boards in Pune, which are Khadki cantonment, Dehu Road cantonment and Pune cantonment, which is constantly followed up by Shirole.
