EDUCATION CUM MOTIVATIONAL TOUR OF RASHTRIYA INDIAN MILITARY COLLEGE CADETS TO PUNE

26 Cadets of Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun visited Pune from 27 to 29 May 2018 as part of an educational cum motivational tour to defence establishments located at Pune. The Cadets were made to stay in barracks of the soldiers to give them a real time experience of the environment, in which our soldiers stay. Senior Army officers addressed the Cadets and motivated them to join the Indian Armed Forces. As part of the visit, the Cadets witnessed Commandant’s Passing Out Parade at the prestigious National Defence Academy Khadakwasla on 28 May 2018. The Cadets also visited Army Sports Institute on 29 May 2018.

Educational cum motivational tour by RIMC Cadets is a regular feature twice a year, to give the cadets an insight about the training, career prospects and to give them a first hand experience of the existing environment in the Armed Forces. It also helps the cadets to decide as to which Branch/Service of the Armed Forces they would like to join.
