Fitness: Navy Chief Joins NDA Cadets For Push Ups

Pune, 29th May 2021: Admiral Karambir Singh, PVSM, AVSM, ADC, Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) reviewed the Passing Out Parade of 140th Course of National Defence Academy today. The Admiral reached NDA Khadakwasla on Friday.

During his visit to NDA Khadakwasla, his Alma Mater, from where had passed out as part of the 56th course in May 1979, the Admiral visited his parent Squadron – H (Hunter Squadron) and interacted with the cadets. He presented a memento for the Squadron to the cadets.

Towards the end of his vist, the Admiral got down on his hands to do push ups with the cadets, as is the tradition followed in the squadron. The entire staff of the Admiral, the Commandant NDA and other officers present there also joined the admiral wholeheartedly in doing the Josh Filled Push Ups.
