Four days reserved for visitors and citizens of Pimpri-Chinchwad to meet Commissioner Rajesh Patil

Pimpri, March 23, 2021: The timings have been fixed for visitors visiting for the work purpose Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Commissioner Rajesh Patil. Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4 pm to 6 pm visitors can meet him; the order was issued by Commissioner Rajesh Patil.

In connection with the various work related to the Municipal Corporation, the visitors come to the Commissioner at Commissioner’s Office in the Municipal Corporation’s main administrative building at Pimpri. Commissioner Rajesh Patil has reserved a fixed time for the visit of these visitors so that no one has to go back due to time constraints and unavailability.

Since the Commissioner has a wide range of functions related to the corporation, in some cases meetings are held with the concerned officers or office bearers of the corporation. Due to the essential work going on, the Commissioner is not able to give time to the visitors or citizens who come to visit. Therefore, working hours have been fixed for visitors or citizens to meet the Commissioner. However, on some occasions, the Commissioner visits other government offices, Mantralaya and Mumbai for work. Also at present in the hall, Municipal Meetings, Standing Committee Meetings, Legislative Committee Meetings are being held. Hence, he will not be available to meet the citizens except on the allotted days, stated Commissioner Rajesh Patil in the order.
