Bangkok, 30th November 2023: Under the blessings of Chancellor of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham Mata Amritanandamayi (Amma), ‘The World Hindu Congress-2023’ recently concluded with immense enthusiasm. Over 2000 delegates from 61 countries actively participated in the three-day conference, where 47 sessions covered various topics related to Hinduism.

The concluding session, graced by Amma, emphasized the crucial role of religion in fostering goodness and prosperity within society. Mata Amritanandamayi underscored the importance of focusing on these principles. Reflecting on the concepts of Sanatan Dharma, she urged individuals to fulfil their duties and contribute to the welfare of humanity, advocating for these principles to be established worldwide. Drawing an analogy, she likened religion to a mother, emphasizing the necessity of respecting Mother India, as our existence is incomplete without her.

The event’s chief guests included Dattatreya Hosbale of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Swami Vigyanananda, Founder and World President of the World Hindu Foundation. The conference served as a platform for global dialogue and engagement on various facets of Hinduism.
