New Delhi, 2nd June 2025: Tech giant Google has officially launched its direct-to-consumer Google Store in India, allowing customers to purchase Pixel smartphones, accessories, and wearables directly from the company for the first time, eliminating the need for third-party retailers or resellers.

The launch marks a significant expansion of Google’s retail presence in India. The official store offers a range of benefits, including authentic products, exclusive launch offers, flexible payment options, and Google Store credits.

Attractive Launch Offers on Pixel Devices
To celebrate the launch, Google is offering limited-time discounts, exchange bonuses, and instant cashback on select Pixel devices:

₹6,000 cashback on the Pixel 9

₹12,000 cashback on the Pixel 9 Pro

₹15,000 cashback on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold

With additional offers and bank discounts, the Pixel 9 is now available at an effective price of ₹67,999. The Pixel 8 Pro from last year is also being offered at a steep discount of ₹37,000, plus ₹7,000 cashback for HDFC Bank credit card users, bringing its net price down to ₹62,999.

Store Credits and Price Protection
While no direct discounts are currently announced for the Pixel Watch 3 or Pixel Buds Pro 2, customers will receive Google Store credits of ₹5,000 and ₹3,000 respectively for future purchases.

One of the standout features of the Indian Google Store is the “Pixel Price Promise.” Under this policy, if a buyer finds a lower price for their purchased product during the return window—either on the Google Store or through select retail partners—they may be eligible for a partial refund.

Enhanced Customer Support and Service
Beyond competitive pricing, Google is offering 24/7 customer support with trained experts, official warranty coverage, and even same-day service in select Indian cities, aiming to provide a seamless and trusted purchase experience.

With the launch of the Google Store, Indian consumers can now enjoy direct access to Google’s flagship devices, launch-time perks, and a higher level of post-purchase support—all directly through Google.
