Gulf Maharashtra Business Forum to organize MahaBiz 2018 in Dubai

Pune, August 20, 2018: Gulf Maharashtra Business Forum (GMBF) is organizing MahaBiz 2018, a window to track business challenges and opportunities in Maharashtra, GCC countries and Africa. MahaBiz will take place in Dubai, on October 12 and 13. An announcement to this effect was made by Dr. Sunil Manjarekar, President, GMBF during a Press Conference held in the city.

GMBF committee members Vivek Kolhatkar, Gen. Secretary, Nitin Sastekar, Organizing Secretary, Shirish Patwardhan, Industry coordinator, Dilip Khedekar and Ashok Sawant, Media and Communications along with Sachin Deodhar were present on the occasion.

Kolhatkar said that “MahaBiz is the platform where we bring businessmen from Maharashtra, Gulf countries and Africa together to explore possibilities of working and growing together”. He also informed that MahaBiz is organized once in every two years to create networking opportunities for businessmen, professionals.

The MahaBiz 2018 is scheduled on October 13 will be inaugurated by Subhash Desai, Hon. Cabinet Minister of Industries and Mining and Maharashtra and Jaykumar Rawal, State Tourism Minister.

Kolhatkar informed that the event will give an opportunity to meet over 400 investors, connect with buyers and will lead to interact with Maharashtra Government Officials, Ministers. He added that business-oriented discussion, growth and opportunities will be provided at the conference. GMBF – a business forum was set up in 2004 and has over 400 plus active members and is managed by a committee of 11 entrepreneurs/professionals based in Dubai on voluntary basis. It provides a platform to professionals to forge and strengthen relationships and to offer exposure to different markets and businesses.During last 12 years, GMBF held several meetings, received many delegations, attended several conferences and exhibitions across GCC and India, to fulfill its objectives.
