Hinjewadi: Computer, Laptop Parts Worth Rs 6.19 Lakh Stolen From Wipro Company
Pune, 3rd May 2021: ‘Unidentified thieves’ entered the premises of IT company Wipro in Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park in Hinjewadi and decamped with computer and laptop parts worth Rs 6.19 lakh.
As per the FIR registered with Hinjewadi police station under Pimpri Chinchwad police, the incident took place on or before March 19 this year in buildings S 1-5 in the company premises located in phase 2. The complaint mentions that access locks were opened to gain entry.
The case has been registered for various offences under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Assistant Police Inspector Sagar Kate is further investigating the case.
