Housing Society: Special Drive By Cooperative Sector For Conveyance Deed
Pune, January 5, 2021: Don’t be surprised if you find the officials from Maharashtra State Cooperative Department in your society campus asking for information regarding your housing society like name, registration number, number of units, society chairman, secretary and their phone numbers among other.
The cooperative department has started a special drive for spreading awareness among the housing societies regarding deemed conveyance. “Those builders who have not done the deemed conveyance, they should come forward and do it. A special drive has been organized by the State Government”, said Narayan Aghav, district sub-registrar.
The drive has been supported by Pune District Cooperative Housing Society Association. The drive will end on January 15. The association appealed to the housing societies to take the advantage of the drive. It also mentioned that the association will continue the drive by organising special webinars, meetings, workshops informed association district head Suhas Patwardhan.
