IMD Predicts Light To Moderate Rains In Pune Till July 7
Pune, 1st July 2022: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) today issued a forecast for light to moderate rains in and around Pune city till July 7.
According to IMD, there is indication for increased rainfall very likely from 6th July onward till a couple of days.
“From Saturday (July 6), rainfall activity in Maharashtra will reduce especially over central Maharashtra and Marathwada till 5th July due to weak monsoon conditions. Again, monsoon may likely to become active to vigorous from 6th July onward for a couple days”, said Anupam Kashyapi, Head, Weather & Air Pollution Monitoring Unit, India Meteorological Department, Shivajinagar, Pune.
