Pune: 12-Year-Old Girl Raped At Lodge, Accused Arrested
Talegaon, 1st July 2022: A shocking incident has taken place at Talegaon Dabhade in Pune where a minor girl was raped at a lodge. Pimpri Chinchwad Police have arrested the culprit in this case. The incident took place at Shubham Lodge from May 20, 2022, to June 20, 2022.
The victim’s mother lodged a complaint at Talegaon Dabhade Police Station on June 28. Police have arrested the 23-year-old accused who is a resident of Talegaon Dabhade.
According to the police, the accused’s relatives lived next to the complainant’s house. He was a frequent visitor in that locality. Due to this, the accused got acquainted with the 12-year-old daughter of the complainant.
The accused then took the girl to the lodge. Here the accused forcibly had sexual relations with her. He also threatened to kill the girl and the complainant. Further investigation is being conducted by Talegaon Dabhade police.
