In Biggest Office Space Deal In Pune, Poonawalla Finance Buys 13 Floors For Rs 464 Crores

Koregaon Park, 3rd September 2021: Everyone knows that while Adar Poonawalla’s main business is vaccine production through Serum Institute, there are many other businesses that he is into.
A report published by Economics Times states that to boost his finance company, Poonawalla has bought 19 floors as office space in a luxurious building near Koregaon Park.
Poonawalla Finance will effectively own an entire wing of AP81 plush commercial space in Mundhwa – a total of 19 floors. At Rs 464 crores, this is one of the biggest office space deals in Pune, in recent years. The building will be ready for use by 2023.
According to the Economic Times report, a sum of Rs 27.82 crore has been paid only for the stamp duty of this deal.
