India Accelerator Expands into Pune, Aiming to Foster Innovation with New Coworking Space
Pune, 13th November 2024: India Accelerator (IA), a prominent multi-stage fund-led startup accelerator and coworking space provider, has expanded its footprint into Pune, launching a state-of-the-art coworking space aimed at fostering innovation and growth among startups in the city. This move is part of IA’s ongoing national expansion, following its successful ventures in Delhi/NCR.
Pune has solidified its position as one of India’s fastest-growing startup hubs, with a cumulative investment of $4.7 billion across 355 deals between 2014 and 2023. Ranked as the fifth-largest startup ecosystem in South Asia, Pune’s strategic location near Mumbai and its reputation as an IT powerhouse have attracted a surge of new ventures. India Accelerator aims to harness this momentum, offering startups in the region access to valuable resources, mentorship, and funding.

Its vast network of over 1,800 mentors, industry experts, and academicians will provide Pune-based startups with the guidance needed to scale. Furthermore, IA’s venture fund, Finvolve, offers financial backing across various stages of growth, providing crucial investment support through its SEBI and GIFT City funds.
