India Beats Bangladesh By Five Runs At Adelaide

Australia, 2nd November 2022: India secured its third win in the T20 match played against Bangladesh at the Adelaide Stadium today afternoon. Bangladesh had started well, chasing 185, but when the target was reduced to 151 in 16 overs using the DLS method due to rain, Bangladesh lost the plot and lost wickets in quick succession, losing the match by five runs.

Virat Kohli was the player of the match with a stunning 64 runs off 44 balls. Kohli stated his joy about playing in Australia, saying, “When I come to Adelaide, I am meant to enjoy myself and keep batting.” Rohit Sharma, meanwhile, chose K L Rahul as his special mention and praised the bowling and ground strategy of the team.

Litton Das shone on Bangladesh’s side, acquiring 60 runs in a mere 27 balls. However, India came back with brilliant form post the rain break.

With this game, India officially stands at six points and Bangladesh at four.
