Indian Bank Launches Festival Bonanza Ahead Of Festival Season
Pune, September 13, 2020: Considering the upcoming festive season and boost the economy, Indian Bank has launched festival bonanza for a home loan and vehicle loan. Festival season offer for a home loan and vehicle loans is linked with REPO rates -which will be effective from 01.09.2020 to 31.012021. Under the festive offer, customers can avail various concession in ROI, processing fees and other benefits including same-day sanction, hassle-free documentation and doorstep services.
Under the festival offer, following concession/relaxations have been approved: Concession in Rate of Interest by 0.10% from applicable Card Rate on Home Loans and 0.15% on Vehicle Loan Concession in Rate of Interest of 0.15% to Women borrowers under all Retail loan products 50% concession in processing charges on Home Loans -including Home Advantage, Ind AWAS, Home Enrich etc. for loans up to Rs 25 Lakh and 75% concession in the processing fee for loans above Rs 25 Lakh. 50% concession in processing charges on Plot Loans, Home loan Plus, Home loan Improve for loans up to Rs 25 Lakh and 75% concession in the processing fee for loans above Rs 25 Lakh 75% concession in processing fee on 4-Wheeler and 50% concession in the processing fee for 2-Wheeler.
