Khadki: 31 new COVID cases reported today, 16 discharged

Khadki, 11 Aug, 2020: With 31 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) cases today, the total tally of positive patients reached 839 in the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) area. Out of 839, a total of 599 people have been cured while 26 have died.

 

According to KCB, there are still 214 active patients undergoing treatment. 60 of them are admitted to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Cantonment General Hospital in Khadki, while others are admitted in different hospitals in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. There are 244 people under home quarantine while 1818 have completed the quarantine period.

 

Across Maharashtra, 10,014 people got discharged from hospitals while 11,088 new cases and 256 deaths were reported today. The total number of COVID cases has reached 5,35,601 out of which 3,68,435 people have recovered and 18,306 have died. There are 1,48,553 active cases.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 2,268,675 across the country. Out of this, 1,583,489 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 45,257 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 639,929 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
