Khadki: 37 new COVID cases reported today, 14 discharged

Khadki, 13 Aug, 2020: With 37 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) cases today, the total tally of positive patients reached 893 in the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) area. Out of 893, a total of 636 people have been cured while 27 have died.

 

According to KCB, there are still 230 active patients undergoing treatment. 55 of them are admitted to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Cantonment General Hospital in Khadki, while others are admitted in different hospitals in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad.  Out of 230 active cases, a total of 112 cases are admitted from army area. There are 274 people under home quarantine while 1887 have completed the quarantine period.

 

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 32565 out of which 22453 have recovered while 538 have died. 5853 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 489 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC hospitals, while 124 have died and 1279 have been cured.

 

Across Maharashtra, 9,115 people got discharged from hospitals while 11,813 new cases and 413 deaths were reported today. The total number of COVID cases has reached 5,60,126 out of which 3,90,958 people have recovered and 19063 have died. There are 1,49,798 active cases.

 

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 23,96,637 across the country. Out of this, 16,95,982 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 47,033 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 6,53,622 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
