Khadki: Cantonment Distributes Laptops, Tablet PCs To Students on Teachers’ Day

Khadki, September 5, 2020: On the occasion of Teachers’ Day under ‘Thank a Teacher’ programme and to promote digital education under COVID situations, Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) distributed laptops and tablet computers at the doorstep of meritorious students.
The devices were handed over to students in the presence of their parents by the KCB CEO Pramod Kumar Singh, vice president Duryodhan Bhapkar and other elected members. A total of 70 students benefited under this initiative.
The aim was to make the students feel that the administration is available at their doorstep and take digital education to their home. “The prizes were given by concerned teachers. I will improve teachers student relationship. We also gave greeting card along with the device for their motivation”, KCB CEO Singh said.
