Pune, 9th November 2021: Kiran Gosavi, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) witness in Aryan Khan drugs case, and an accused in a cheating case registered with Faraskhana police station of Pune city, was sent to judicial custody by the Pune court today.
He was arrested by Pune city police for duping a person of Rs 3.09 lakh under the pretext of giving him a job in a hotel in Malaysia. There are two more cases of a similar nature that has been registered with Pune police after his arrest. Gosavi came into limelight after he was seen with Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan after the Mumbai cruise drug raid.
Lashkar Police Station of Pune city has submitted an application seeking police custody of Kiran Gosavi today. There is a separate case registered with Lashkar Police Station of Pune city where three more complainants were cheated by Gosavi on the pretext of giving them a job abroad.
However, the application of Lashkar police station seeking custody will be moved before Cantonment court of Pune city tomorrow where the court will decide further.
