Lifestyle Session Organised For Trainee Constables At Police Training Centre Khandala

Khandala, 14th September 2021: A lifestyle session on women’s health was conducted on 12th September for trainee constables at the Police Training Centre (PTC) in Khandala. It was conducted by Dr Sonal Purohit, Managing Director of Satv Lifestyle Management.

Under the guidance of PTC Principal Shashikant Borate and vice-principal Abhijeet Patil, camp officer PI Prakash Wadkar and RPI Umesh Pardeshi arranged it well. The entire session was meticulously coordinated by Senior Police inspector Arvind Gokule, now working in Pune City.

The session focused on women’s health. More than 250 trainee lady constables were there to attend the session.

Dr Sonal Purohit said that good food is considered medicine. She did not endorse any artificial products and asked to avoid them in all circumstances. Natural handy tips were shared in the session to cure PCOS, PCOD and Thyroid and various lifestyle disorders.

She emphasised gaining and losing weight. It is possible through clean eating and exercise.

She spoke on mental conditioning which is always the essence of the good life, and healthy living.

According to Dr Purohit, physical and mental health should be in balance or functioning well together in a person. In many instances, physical and mental health are closely linked, so that a change (good or bad) in one directly affects the other.

Various suggestions were given by her for emotional and mental wellbeing.

That’s why according to her lifestyle is always a 180-degree program.
