Lockdown Declared In 61 Villages With More Than 10 COVID Cases In Ahmednagar District

Ahmednagar, 3rd October 2021: The Ahmednagar district administration today issued a lockdown order for villages with more than 10 Coronavirus disease (COVID19) cases. The lockdown will be there for 10 days from October 4 to 10.

Except for medical and essential services, all shops will remain closed. There will be a restriction on the gathering of more than five people. Also, there will be a restriction on the movement of goods except for agricultural products. 

Lockdown has been declared in following villages:

Akole – Lingdev, Virgaon, Parkhatpur

Karjat – Khandvi, Babhulgaon Dumala

Kopargaon – Godhegaon

Nevasa – Kukana

Parner – Wadner Bu., Kanhur Pathar, Goregaon, Daithane Gunjal, Jamgaon, Bhalwani

Pathardi – Tisgaon

Rahata – Bhagwatipur, Pimpri Nirmal, Astagaon, Ko-hale, Loni Bu., Loni Khu, Kolhar Bu.

Sangamner – Gunjalwadi, Shedgaon, Nimgaon Jali, Ashwi Bu., Ashwi Khu., Paregaon Bu., Panodi, Shiblapur, Bota, Umbri, Pimparne, Velhale, Khali, Devgaon, Ghulewadi, Kolhewadi, Wadgaon Landaga, Talegaon, Ghargaon, Chandanapuri, Kanoli, Nimon, Wadgaon Pan, Saykhindi

Shewgao – Bhatkudgaon, Ghotan, Dahigawne, Awhane Bu.
