Maharashtra Become First State In Country To Use Blockchain To Impede Fake Certificate

Pune: July 23, 3032: Maharashtra State Skill Development Corporation using the blockchain technology has impeded the growth of issuance of fake academic certificates. By using this technology, MSSDC will make available 10 lakh diploma certificate in the digital mode in eight academic years.

Interestingly, with this Maharashtra has become first state in the country to use this technology for educational purpose. The idea of using blockchain came forward during a discussion with Maharashtra State Innovation Organisation. MSSDC decided to use the technology with legitdock start-up.

What is blockchain technology?

This technology is used for educational purpose in countries like Malta, Singapore and Bahrin. With this technology, nearly 10 lakh certificates will be freed from getting duplicated or recreating of the fake certificates.

As the certificate will be available online, the industry can cross-check whether it is true or not”, said MSSDC officials.
With the help of this technology, you can check the authenticity of any certificate across the globe.
