Maharashtra Board Opens Online Application Process for SSC Exams 2026
Pune, 28th October 2025: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has released the schedule for the submission of application forms for the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examinations scheduled for February–March 2026. The board has clarified that all forms will be accepted only through online mode between October 28 and November 17, 2025.
In a circular issued by Board Secretary Deepak Mali, it was stated that regular students are required to complete their exam registration through their respective schools using the UDISE+ system, ensuring PEN-ID verification. Schools must then submit the online payment receipts and pre-lists to their respective divisional boards by November 14, 2025.
For private candidates, repeaters, and students applying under the grade improvement scheme, as well as those enrolled in Industrial Training Institutes (ITI), applications must be submitted online via the board’s official website within the same time frame.
Mali also made it clear that no extension of the submission deadline will be granted, urging schools and students to complete the process well before the closing date to avoid last-minute technical issues.
