Maharashtra Cyber Announces Paid Internship Program: Enhance Your Skills in Cyber Security

Mumbai, 21st June 2023 – Maharashtra Cyber, the prominent cybercrime unit in Mumbai, has recently announced an enticing opportunity for candidates to apply for paid internship positions. This announcement is in accordance with GR No. 2016 / C.R.125/ SPL 3(A) dated April 3rd, 2017.
Applicants interested in this internship should hold a degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution. Professionals with experience in areas such as Cyber Forensic Investigation, Forensic Data Analysis, Software Development for Cyber Forensics, Big Data Analysis for Predictive Policing, Data Center Administration and Management Network Management, and other relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in both Marathi and English is a mandatory requirement.

Alternatively, applications can be sent via Speed Post to the Office of the Special Inspector General of Police, Maharashtra Cyber, located on the 32nd Floor of the World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The duration of the internship program varies from six months to one year, with remuneration ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000, depending on the candidate’s academic background and experience.
It is important to note that the internships are contractual, and selected interns will not be eligible for dearness allowance, interim, or any service benefits of the Pay Commission. Interns are expected to maintain strict confidentiality regarding their work and performance.
