Pune, 1st July 2022: Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi Chief Prakash Ambedkar has responded to the Shinde Group Vs. Shiv Sena court case.

In a press conference in Pune, Ambedkar said, “The question is about the whip. In any political party, the authority to remove the whip and his appointment rest with the party President or Executive. The Shiv Sena’s Executive and the President are on the same wavelength.”

He said, “I know that when the Governor of Andhra Pradesh made a decision when NT Ramrao went to the President without going to the court and said that all his MLAs are with him. If you want to check, you can check. The decision made by the Governor was wrong. The President has the right to change it.”

“If Shiv Sena goes to the court and asks to stop the functioning of the assembly, then the Supreme Court has no right to stop it. At such a time, the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) alliance with all their MLAs, should go to the President”, he added further.
