Maharashtra: Now Get Your Land’s 7/12 Extract In New Format

Pune, 5th August 2021: In order to provide fast-paced services to the citizens, the Maharashtra revenue department has changed the 7/12 extract format. Now, it will be available to the citizens in a new format.

This will also ensure transparency and accuracy while extracting it. On the occasion of Revenue Day, Maharashtra State Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat inaugurated the digital format of 7/12, ‘Pherphar’ and other documents.

Thorat said, “We will be trying to make ‘pherphar’ available in digital format. And this can be done by clicking on the 7/12 extract”.
