Maharashtra Plastic Manufacturers Association Proposes, ‘One Nation One Law’ On Its Silver Jubilee
Pune, 5th October 2022: The 25th Silver Jubilee and annual general meeting of the Maharashtra Plastic Manufacturers Association was held in Pune at Hotel Noorya.
Milan N Shah, Joint Secretary, Maharashtra Plastic Manufacturers Association said, “We hereby have proposed to implent ‘One Nation One Law’ as today the central and the state both are following distinctive independent laws for Plastic Ban. ‘One Nation One Law’ will bring more clarity amongst producers , users, general public and administration.
He added, “We hereby proposed to request the government to exempt micro and small small enterprises under the extended producer responsibility.”
The Newly elected team of Maharashtra Plastic Manufacturers Association at the general annual meeting for the tenure of 2022-24 are:
