Maharashtra State CET Cell Launches ‘Maha CET Cell’ App For Hassle-Free Entrance Exam Process

Pune, 26th June 2023: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Examination Cell (CET Cell) has developed a mobile application called ‘Maha CET Cell’ to provide information about entrance examinations (CET) and admission procedures for various courses conducted by the State Common Entrance Examination Cell (CET Cell).

According to CET Cell Commissioner Mahendra Warbhuvan, the app offers facilities such as filling out applications for various courses, uploading documents, and selecting college preferences.

CET exams are conducted by the CET Cell for admissions to various undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses. Students interested in these CET exams can now download the information booklet, fill out the application form, and pay the fee using the ‘Maha CET Cell’ app. The app also facilitates the CET exam itself and the subsequent announcement of results. After the results are declared, students must complete additional processes such as registration for admission procedures, document uploads, and college preference selection. Previously, these processes were conducted through the CET Cell website, which often encountered issues like non-functioning or server problems.

To overcome these technical difficulties, the CET Cell has introduced the ‘Maha CET Cell’ application, which is available for free on the Google Play Store. All information released by the CET Cell will now be accessible through the application, in addition to the website.
