MNS to take action against colleges for not installing biometric attendance system

Pune – The Maharashtra Navnirman Vidhyarthi Sena (MNVS), which is the student wing of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), has asked the education department to declare list of colleges that have started biometric attendance system in junior colleges. MNVS has also warned that immediate action should be taken against the colleges that do not have this system, otherwise the agitation will be organized against those colleges and education department authorities.

MNVS city president Kalpesh Yadav has written a letter to the Education Officer asking him to take action against the colleges who have not started biometric system. It has been observed that students of junior colleges (science branch) skip classes to attend coaching institutes. To encourage this, some colleges have done tie up with private coaching classes.
